Pedí el pedido envuelto en regalo y sólo lo pusieron en un celofán transparente y un par de tiras. Leí que lo ponían en una especie de bandeja...
Me esperaba algo más.

Hola Silvia, tiene razón en que solemos poner una bandeja de cartón de color rojo o negro, es lo que usamos de base para engalanar los productos que después envolvemos con el celofán y adornamos con las tiras colgantes, en el caso de su pedido le dimos unas cuantas vueltas a ver como lo poníamos en la bandeja pero al ser dos productos tan diferentes de tamaño creímos que quedaba mejor tal como se lo mandamos.
Tenemos muy en cuenta su comentario para que no vuelva a pasar y vamos a buscar mas formatos de bandejas para poder montar un detalle con estas características.
Si en una próxima ocasión necesita otro detalle ruego me recuerde en comentario al realizar el pedido ya que se lo prepararemos sin cobrar ningún extra.

Muy satisfecho con la compra realizada en Aragón Gourmet tanto en plazos como en forma y entrega,aún estando en plena pandemia apenas tardo unos días desde Monreal hasta nuesto domicilio en Alicante.

Obviamente la calidad del producto también es sobresaliente.

Volveremos a repetir seguramente,muchas gracias.
