Muchas gracias Eugenio por su comentario. Al ensamblarse en máquinas que pegan las gomas esto puede pasar y alguna venir con defecto de fábrica; no es común pero se puede dar el caso. Si tiene problemas por más unidades comuníquelo por favor para hacerle cambio de mascarillas. ¡Que tenga un día estupendo!

El envío y el servicio perfecto pero el producto no me ha gustado. No tiene ninguna almohadilla y resulta bastante incómodo de usar.

Muchas gracias María José por su comentario. Contamos con diversos modelos de pantallas para que pueda elegir la que se ajusta mejor según su necesidad; también tenemos pantallas con almohadillas, por ejemplo la Pantalla Premium y la Pantalla Premium Abatible; según el uso que usted dará a la pantalla las almohadillas son recomendables o no. También tenemos pantallas que se ajustan en la cabeza, y otras. Por favor, si no tenéis claro qué pantalla elegir contactar con nosotros para asesorarles, De cualquier manera la información completa de los productos siempre la encuentra detallada en cada uno, allí especificamos si tienen o no almohadillas, también lo puede ver en las fotografías. ¡Que pase un estupendo día!

El envío en tiempos del Covid se demoró por la situación pero el segundo envío fue muy rápido y en todo momento pude seguir mi paquete viendo en qué situación se encontraba en correos, no tenían el color de unos suecos que encargue y me llamaron para decidir si cambiaba el color o esperaba para que me pidieran el color y luego realizarme el envío, decidí cambiar el color y mi envío llegó en Tiempo
