Hola Ana, si el pantalón le quedaba pequeño se lo podríamos haber cambiado. No es recomendable utilizar ropa ajustada o pequeña, menos aún si se trata de un pijama sanitario que debe ser 100% confortable, porque además de impedirle libertad en movimientos, le puede incluso hacer daño. ¡Saludos!
