Rapidez y sin problemas para hacer un cambio o devolución, aunque estaría bien que los gastos fueran a cargo de la empresa, pero es comprensible que no haya esta opción.

Nos alegra su valoración sobre la rapidez, hacemos todo lo posible para nunca hacerles esperar. Para enviar los productos sin ningún gasto de envío, tendríamos que subir de precio nuestros productos para incluir este gasto en la prenda haciéndole creer que no hay gastos de envío, lo cual es un engaño porque finalmente sí lo estaríamos cobrando. Otra opción es que las empresas de mensajería reduzcan sus precios, lo cual también es nada probable. Preferimos ser siempre lo más transparentes posibles, cobramos por los envíos tal cual lo que cuesta hacerlos, y también tiene la opción de recoger en tienda para ahorrar ese envío. ¡Reciba un cordial saludo!

El diseño de la bata esta muy bien, aunque un poco recta para una mujer, se ajusta mucho en las caderas. Sería ideal si tuviera los puños elásticos, sin botón para una mayor comodidad y ajuste.
