Hola Héctor, muchas gracias por hacer el comentario, ya se ha agregado la información a las características del producto. Los botones de chupete son botones de seguridad, en caso de tener que quitar la chaqueta inmediatamente, por cualquier motivo, al tirar los botones se desprenden; para lavar la chaqueta es importante quitar los botones. ¡Reciba un cordial saludo!

Hola Cova, las tallas en la ropa laboral no son similares a las tallas en moda. En cualquier zapato de trabajo, si no existe una referencia de tallaje, es MUY importante que seleccione su talla real. También es muy importante la descripción del producto: en este caso se especifica que la "Horma es Extra Ancha"; imagine si ya le queda grande de largo a esto agregue el extra ancho; el largo lo soluciona con una plantilla pero el ancho no. Siempre que tengáis dudas respecto a las características del calzado que estáis comprando, ¡por favor! antes de realizar la compra llamarnos o contactar por cualquier medio: whatsapp y chat desde nuestra misma web. Hola Concepción, entendemos su enfado con el error de la manga pero ya hemos hablado con usted varias veces, le hemos dado soluciones y ha estado de acuerdo con ellas. Por otro lado está la llamada que realizó a nuestras oficinas: nosotros tenemos que ser resolutivos, no podemos estar horas hablando por teléfono con el mismo tema que era lo que usted pretendía; aún así y ya que no le ha sentado bien que no hayamos querido discutir, le hemos pedido disculpas y también lo hacemos públicamente porque sigue insistiendo en el tema. Se trata de un pijama cómodo por el mix de composición en poliéster y algodón. La casaca es amplia y el pantalón con goma se ajusta sin dañar la cintura. Ha hecho una muy buena elección de producto. Nos alegra que esté encantada. ¡Saludos!

La salud de los pies es importantísima, solamente soportan todo el cuerpo, no se diga el efecto que tiene nuestro caminar en la columna vertebral. Por este motivo nos alegra mucho que por fin ya no le duelan los pies. El zapato que ha comprado con diseño deportivo tiene un sistema de ventilación por las rejillas, y con una suela ultra-ligera. ¡Saludos!
