Dear Sir/Madam,
I think that the shipping company should post more details regarding the tracking. Not just the first and last step since it would be more convenient for the customer to estimate the day of arrival.
Fortunately, a relative of mine was at home the day of parcel's arrival.
Finally, since I use to buy products from abroad, I would suggest that from an amount of money and above, the shipping cost should be for free. For example, for orders above 120-150Euros.
I hope that my feedback will be useful for you.

I’ve had this same cat before, and absolutely loved it but sadly seur internacional is messing up shipping quite a bit. The cat is freaking awesome and incredibly soft and I recommend it to anyone that wants a nice gift for their girlfriend, but I beg of you balvi, please choose a different company that ships items and doesn’t have a 1star rating across the whole web.
