Veo que aunque el pedido se entregó en plazo (48h) por algún motivo desconocido el tránsito de correos duró un día de más y no se cumplio la fecha de entrega que se indicaba en el seguimiento, le pido disculpas por las molestias ocasionadas.

Muchas gracias por hacernos llegar tu valoración Francisco. Lamentamos mucho que este problema haya deslucido tu experiencia. Desde Bebevino nos tomamos muy en serio estos casos para evitar que vuelvan a repetirse.
Intentamos tener el stock actualizado para no tener a la venta productos sin existencias, en su caso concreto tuvimos un error al dar de alta más unidades de las reales, se añadieron las botellas como unidades en vez de dar de alta como packs, al ser un producto muy buscado nos llegaron varios pedidos la misma mañana y no nos dio tiempo a corregir el error a tiempo.
Le pedimos disculpas de nuevo y esperamos tener la ocasión de poder cambiar su opinión sobre nuestra tienda en un futuro.

Precio muy competitivo!
El pedido llegó incluso antes de lo esperado, y todas las botellas llegaron en perfecto en estado.
