Hola Miguel, por un error con los códigos se le envió otra referencia de Codorniú Gran Plus Ultra, el motivo es que en nuestro catálogo una referencia sustituye a otra y de ahí la duplicación de ambos productos con el mismo código y precio. Al notificarnos la incidencia se le ofreció la devolución ya que no teníamos la referencia que usted pedía.
En ningún caso se le cobró de más por el cava envíado ya que ambas referencias están al mismo precio, de haber sido así se le hubiese abonado la diferencia como es lógico. Lamento quedará con esa impresión. Un saludo.

Lamento el error, no teníamos bien la referencia en la web. Chardonnay no tenemos, solo el que le hemos enviado. Si desea puede devolverlo.

Hola Miguel, tiene razón en el error al servir el producto, le pedimos disculpas y le ofrecimos la devolución gratuita, lo que no es correcto es que sea un engaño o estafa ya que desde ese mismo día no es posible comprar CODORNIU GRAN PLUS ULTRA CHARDONNAY , sigue en la web pero sin existencias por lo que no es posible comprar dicho producto, solo aparece listado en búsquedas.
