El envío, deja mucho que desear, yo hice el pedido el día 2 y ustedes lo mandan el día 10, lo recibo el 11, lo único que ha funcionado a sido el transporte.

Hola José María.

Tal como usted dice, realizó el pedido el día 2 de julio, domingo, a las 21:36 h. De manera que, a esa hora, su pedido ya no puede ser procesado y pasa a ser del día siguiente, lunes día 3.

Como podrá comprobar, en la página del producto indicamos que este producto sólo se sirve una vez por semana, los lunes. Ya que estas hojas se recolectan entre sábado y domingo, con hora de corte de pedidos a las 12:00 h.

Así, su pedido se sirve en la fecha correcta, lunes día 10.

los productos deshidratados me gustarian mejor sin azucar en ellos .

Answer Campo de Benamayor
Agustín, las frutas que tenemos incluidas en la categoría "Frutas deshidratadas" son todas con azúcar añadido, tal como se indica en la página de cada producto, en el apartado donde detallamos todos sus ingredientes.

Dentro de algunas semanas, comenzaremos a subir a la web nuestras "Frutas deshidratadas sin Azúcar", que también tenemos, pero que aún no disponen de fecha concreta para su publicación. En este caso, no hay ningún ingrediente, salvo la propia fruta.

También te informo, que los productos bajo la categoría "Frutas secas", tampoco tienen azúcar añadido.
