Estoy satisfecho con la compra, solamente un pero, los gastos de envío han sido excesivamente caros, no puede ser, que el envío cueste el 50% que el producto.
Venderían mucho más si se reduce el precio del envío. Gracias

antes de nada agradecer el comentario. He revisado su producto ( https://www.cesteriaaparici.es/mimbre/9-baul-mimbre-blanco-forrado.html ) y tiene las medidas indicadas: Ancho: 30cm -- Alto: 30cm -- Largo: 70cm. Si las medidas no son las que indicamos en la web, tal y como hablamos por teléfono puede devolver el baúl sin ningun coste y le devolvemos el dinero.

De todos modos, pido disculpas por las molestias que le hayamos podido ocasionar.

La empresa que ha realizado el envio, deja mucho que desear.
A fecha de hoy 22/9 no tengo el producto.
Para contactar con ellos en el telefono que prpporcionan es imposible.
Pir lo cual cuando me llegue el producto podre opinar.

Antes de nada agradecer su comentario. Trabajamos duro para que cosas como estas no pasen, pero hay cosas que se nos escapan de nuestras posibilidades. Hemos revisado y el pasado viernes 22 de octubre lo recibió. Espero que los artículos sean de su agrado. Nos pondremos en contacto con la empresa de transporte para solicitar explicaciones.
