Con tantos días de fiesta he dejado pasar el tiempo y quisiera reseñar nuestra experiencia con DECANKO después de recibir nuestro pedido el pasado martes 31/03. Compramos una mesa de comedor con tapa de cristal ha finales de enero y el resultado ha sido lo esperado, La mesa llegó el pasado martes y realmente teníamos un poco de miedo por el cristal ya que vivimos en una zona un poco escondida en la sierra de Teruel y el acceso a nuestra casa es un poco complicado, pero llego en perfecto estado y los montadores fueron muy profesionales. Desde la empresa nos aseguraron que no tendríamos problemas y realmente ha sido así. Una buena decisión!

We bought a TV stand. It arrived with a fault in the marble top, but the replacement process was flawless. Communication with the company and the service we received were very smooth, quick and efficient. Our experience with this company has been very satisfactory and we have bought another sofa, which will arrive at the end of April. Nothing can be perfect, but they have been very professional and efficient, and the furniture is of the quality we expected. Highly recommended.

La compra ha sido perfecta pero la entrega se ha demorado mucho. Entendemos que el problema de las agencias de transporte está perjudicando mucho a las tiendas de muebles pero tendríais que intentar buscar otras agencias. Por lo demás todo correcto y estamos muy contentos con nuestra compra.

Muchas gracias por su opinión. Nos alegramos de lo que nos comenta de su pedido. Referente a la demora en la entrega ya le explicamos los problemas que tenemos con las agencias de transporte de muebles. Sólo podemos usar agencias especializadas en el transporte de muebles y quedan muy pocas. Si no cumplen con las fechas de recogidas y entregas nosotros no podemos hacer nada ya que al ser pocas no existen muchas opciones de cambio. Es un tema que desde dirección llevan meses luchando y confiamos en poder solucionarlo en breve. Gracias por sus comentarios y tomamos buena nota de ellos. Hemos recibido la vinoteca y realmente la calidad es de 100 pero os tengo que decir que los tiempos de entrega son demasiados largos.Teneis que intentar reducirlos un poco, es un pequeño consejo. Os damos 5 estrellas por la calidad del mueble y el trato recibido pero hacerme caso y reducir los tiempos de entrega.

En primer lugar le agradecemos su valoración y sus comentarios y nos gusta que los clientes aporten sus opiniones ya que aprendemos mucho de ellas. Somos conscientes de las demoras que en algunos productos se producen. La mayor parte se ellas ocurren en muebles con medidas especiales como ha sido su caso. El problema lo tenemos en que son piezas que se fabrican expresamente según pedido y los fabricantes son los que nos dan las fechas de entrega que en algunos casos se quedan un poco justas. Estamos trabajando en ello e intentaremos reducirlas. Muchas gracias por su reseña y esperamos volver a hablar con usted muy pronto.
