Voldria fer esmenta que no hi ha recepció ni recepcionista, i aixó fa que els propis pares o nens de la sala d'espera haguem d'obrir la porta. No em sembla gens bé aixó.
La meva puntuació es la mitja de les dues sessions que fa el meu fill, l'evolució d'una es milt millir que la. de l'altre. tot i aixó les preguntes podien ser més especifiques de qualitat en el servei, jo no soc qui per determinar com han anat la millora de les dificultats presentades. D'altra banda s'esmenta botiga????? jo creia que era un Centre. Gràcies per l'oportunitat de mostrar la nostra opinió.

Hola Rocio,

GRàcies per la teva opinió, som conscients que el tema de la porta és molest i estem en vies de resoldre-ho. Com bé dius som un Centre, el terme botiga surt per defecte en l'aplicació online d'opinions veurem si es pot arreglar ja que és un sistema obert a diferents tipus de serveis i hi ha certs aspectes que no es poden customitzar. Recollim els teus comentaris per mirar de seguir millorant.

Tinc molt bona opinió del centre.
El Marc es un molt bon professional i te molt bona ma amb les families.
El Roger genial, es posa a l'alçada del Joel per portar-lo al seu terreny.
I l'Ester fa be la seva tasca, m'agradava mes la Lidia personalment. Ha obtingut bons resutats amb la Mireia, que es molt important això.
