Buenos días, no hemos recibido ningún email ni reclamación suya, ni por email ni por whatsapp ni por el chat. Solemos contestar de forma inmediata y precisamente la atención al cliente es calificada de excelente por los cerca de 2000 comentarios de la web. Esta mañana le llamará el gerente par hablar con usted y ver que ha podido pasar ya que no es normal que un pedido llegue abierto y encima que falten cosas, nunca ha pasado. En cualquier caso en cuanto se aclare buscaremos responsables. Lamentamos las molestias. Saludos.

Buenos días Vanessa, la cesta viene tal cual aparece en la foto. No entendemos por qué nos comentas que tiene pocos chocolates cuando te ha llegado la que has elegido tal cual la viste en la foto de la web y en tiempo, ya que el pedido te llegó en 24h. Tiene 14 kinder bueno, un paquete de schocobons, 4 happy hippo, 2 kinder delice, 4 kinder country cereales, 1 pack de kinder chocolate T8 y 4 kinder cards. Además en la parte trasera tienes un paquete gigante de Jojitos, 2 paquetes de esponjitas haribo y 4 fresquitos, es la cesta que más chocolatinas kinder y productos tiene. Mil gracias de todos modos por tu compra. Saludos.
