Esta vez decepcionada, compré un bolsón de 25 y me los han mandado sueltos en una caja, quería bolsón por la ilusión del niño que lo llevara así al cole, además me mandaron la opción de dos bolsas de gusanitos y quería la otra, que era una de gusanitos y otra de bolas naranjas.

Buenos dias Carmen, lamentamos que no haya sido de tu agrado el pedido. El ¨Bolson¨es algo simbólico por la oferta emitida, en este caso los 25 conos los empaquetamos en caja para mayor seguridad en el transporte, pero el ¨Bolsón¨hace referencia a los 25 conos en paquete. Saludos.

Buenos días Cristian, lamentamos su descontento, aunque no lo entendemos y menos cuando le llamamos antes de enviarle el pedido para comentar con usted la compra, le mandamos los artículos en 24 horas y con buena fecha de caducidad, nuestro servicio de control de calidad verifica todos nuestros artículos, con lo que es muy difícil que le llegue algo en mal estado y menos con la alta rotación de productos que tenemos, en este caso las gominolas se renuevan cada semana, y tienen fecha de 2023. Creemos que antes de escribir un mal comentario al bulto y para hacer daño habría que contactar con la empresa y pensar que detrás del ordenador hay personas haciendo su trabajo lo mejor que puede para el cliente. Saludos.

Respecto del producto (caramelos Solano), este es de mi completo agrado. Prueba de ello es que les hago pedidos con cierta frecuencia.

De los envíos tengo que decir que por segunda vez recibo un pedido mal cumplimentado por incompleto.. Ya me ocurrió otra vez antes. Acabo de responder
en este sentido al e-mail en que Uds me anuncian el envío. De la rapidez nada que objetar: es buena.

Sobre la atención al cliente: Espero que subsanen Uds. este fallo con la misma presteza que el fallo anterior.

De vosotros no puedo decir nada porqué no me llegó el envío, del repartidor un auténtico sinvergüenza y espero que cambiéis de servicio, no tiene ni idea de las direcciones,no distingue lo que portal izquierdo del derecho, me llamó y me dijo que no estábamos en casa, que se canso de llamarme al timbre, cuando yo no tengo timbre y hubo gente todo el día en casa, y aun por encima un mal encarado, con este servicio no creo que vuelva a hacer ningún pedido, un saludo.

Sencillo y rápido. En mi caso, el sabor que pedí no lo tenían en ese momento. Me dijeron que en una semana lo tendría y, así fué, tras llegarles el producto 20 horas después lo tenía en mi casa. Además, el envase bien cerrado y plastificado.
