Buenas tardes. Realmente es la primera vez que había pedido algo similar por el medio online y ha sido bastante decepcionante todos los paquetitos que venían interiormente con film salieron todos rotos todos pegados con el film fue bastante imposible sacar una sola chocolatina sin romper el paquetito con lo cual higiénicamente es bastante decepcionante.

Buenas tardes Jose Luis, es la primera vez que recibimos un comentario negativo por la cesta de kinder, que es la que más se vende en nuestra web. Las chocolatinas se adhieren con un film especial alimentario, de otra forma la cesta llegaría destrozada y con las chocolatinas caidas y no es lo que quieremos. Si todos las chocolatinas salieron rotas es porque seguramente usted en vez de cortar con tijeras cuidadosamente las arrancó y quedaron rotas (ya le digo que es la primera vez que nos comentan algo así de la cesta), por eso usted no pudo sacar una sola chocolatina sin romper el envoltorio, porque las arrancaría. Creo Jose Luis que no hay que desprestigiar y menospreciar a la ligera a empresas que hacen su labor correctamente solo porque usted no ha tenido el cuidado y la "destreza" que requiere una cesta de chocolatinas kinder como la que ha comprado. Pedí la cesta más grande y por su precio esperaba que fuera lo que me ofrecían. Los productos de haribo no los traía en su lugar venían unos cuantos sobres de un pica pica( nada ni parecido y nadie me lo aviso) y en cuanto a la empresa de transporte deberían cambiarla especifique un horario concreto por la tarde para la entrega. El transportista me llamo por la mañana porque le faltaban datos para la entrega, me aseguro que la entregaría por la tarde y la entrego por la mañana sin estar presente la persona que debía recibirla. Por el precio que tiene esperaba mejores condiciones y dado su nombre(cesta xxl kinder) he de decir que predomina otro tipo de chocolatina mucho más que el kinder.

Buenos dias Jesus, lamentamos que no haya sido de tu agrado la cesta, sinceramente es el primer comentario, tras más de 500 cestas XXL vendidas que tenemos así, aunque creo que estas muy equivocado con respecto a tu comentario. La cesta que has comprado es la XXL de Kinder, viene con todos los artículos KINDER que ves en la foto, ni más ni menos. También tienes que tener en cuenta, como hemos explicado en otras muchas ocasiones que a la hora de calcular el precio de la cesta, tienes que contar con la cesta de mimbre en sí, el papel, el lazo y la mano de obra de la persona que la monta. Con respecto a la agencia de transporte, usted pidió la cesta y a las 24 horas le llegó, la le advertimos que para la entrega en una hora concreta, a pesar de que nosotros lo ponemos en la etiqueta del transportista es muy difícil de que se haga, por el volumen y cantidad de pedido en estas fechas, pero le llegó muy ràpido Jesús!!! Saludos
