Buenos dias Esther, lamentamos el pequeño retraso, el proveedor Roypas, se ha retrasado en la entrega debido a problemas de logística. Su pedido debe llegarle hoy mismo, en el chat estamos a tope y quizás nos hemos demorado un pelín en contestar, aunque ya le digo que solemos responder al instante siempre. De nuevo pedirle disculpas por el día de demora. Saludos.

Buenas tardes Irene, lamentamos el retraso de su pedido. Usted realizó su pedido el martes 5 de octubre a las 23 horas, y su pedido salió al día siguiente a las 11 de la mañana (más rápido imposible). El dia 7 fueron a entregarle el paquete y no estaba en casa dos veces, le llamaron al telefono que dejó regristrado y no es el suyo, es el de otra persona. Eso fue el viernes, hoy lunes han ido de nuevo sin éxito. Nosotros no podemos hacer más, ojala pudieramos repartir nosotros. Creo que antes de poner que nuestra web es decepcionante debería usted de valorar lo que esta empresa, que se vuelca con todos los clientes, ha hecho para entregarle el pedido y lo que ha hecho usted para recibirlo. Saludos, y para cualquier cosa pongase en contacto con nosotros; nosotros hemos intentado llamarla pero no puso el teléfono bien. Saludos.

La cesta muy bien, poca cosa para el precio que tiene, y al abrir se rompe todo por que viene todo pegado con celo, barquillo, bizcocho todo se rompe por el celo, arreglarlo

Buenos dias Gaizka, sentimos que no te haya gustado del todo, las cestas han de pegarse con ese celo especial para alimentos, para despegarlo no tienes que arrancarlo sino cortarlo con tijeras con cuidado entre uno y otro. Sobre el precio, esta muy ajustado Gaizka, en una cesta así tienes que contar no solo el producto, sino la cesta de mimbre en sí, el papel, el lazo y la mano de obra de realizarla y montarla. Te aseguro que nos ajustamos mucho en precio. Gracias por tu compra y para cualquier cosilla estaremos por aqui. Saludos
