El servicio de ClimaPrecio, en general, ha sido muy bueno. Desde la compra hasta la recepción del pedido ha sido razonablemente rápido, dentro de los plazos que te marcan. En todo momento he podido ver el seguimiento y si tenía dudas, escribía por WhatsApp y siempre he tenido respuesta.

He tenido buen experiencia con ClimaPrecio. Los productos en cuestión de calidad/precio están muy bien. En cuando a servicio, estoy satisfecho, se ha cumplido los plazos que marcan y en todo momento he podido ver seguimiento del pedido y si tenía dudas, desde ClimaPrecio siempre he recibido respuesta por WhatsApp. Para mi próxima compra, volveré a pensar en ellos.

Muy atentos y profesionales. Mi instalación era un caso difícil (unidad exterior anclada en chimenea) y pusieron todo de su parte, con contacto a diario para poder cuadrar horarios y buen asesoramiento para hacerlo todo lo mejor posible. Los recomiendo al 100%, tanto a Javi como a los instaladores.

Mi compra en ClimaPrecio solo puede calificarse de perfecta. Había solicitado un termostato Airzone (AZCE6BLUEFACE) porque era el mejor precio que había encontrado en internet, pero resultó que no estaba disponible por falta de placas en la propia compañía Airzone. Desde la web se me informó de esta circunstancia tanto por mail como por teléfono. Unos días después Javier de ClimaPrecio me informó de nuevo por teléfono que dada la escasez solo se podían conseguir lotes completos de termostatos y que iba a compaginar varios pedidos para completar un lote y conseguir el mío. Y así fue y mucho antes de lo previsto. Cuando desde la propia Airzone me indicaban que habría stock a partir del 15 de agosto, hoy 28 de julio ya tengo instalado mi termostato.

Contentísima con el aparato de aire acondicionado. Pensé que al ser de muro sería muy difícil encontrarlo. Pero aquí lo encontré y más baratos que en otros sitios. El aire funciona perfectamente.
