Atención al Cliente es única, te atienden muy bien y rápido. Por otro lado el transporte a baleares hay que mejorar el seguimiento del mismo y especificar bien si tiene coste o no. Pero todas estas dudas son aclaradas rápidamente por Javier en la atención al cliente.

Antes de nada decir que el aparato es como dicen, silencioso muy completo y eficaz además de tener una opción de bajo consumo que no se nota en su eficacia. Por otro lado el servicio de atención al cliente de climaprecio es único, te atienden en cualquier momento y con una rapidez que no es normal, un 10. La única pega por decir algo es lo del envio a baleares que no lo dejan muy claro cuando es gratuito y cuando no y la compañía de transporte es difícil contactar con ella. Pero el resultado final ha sido perfecto, que es lo que queremos todos, que llegue en buen estado y que funcione como dicen.

El servicio es muy bueno, la atención al cliente también y el envio como en todos lados, dependes del que te toque. Pero aunque si buscas bien lo encontrara un pelín mas caro, vale la pena gastarse ese pelín porque te vas asegurar tu compra con el servicio tan bueno que tienen.

En principio y sin haberla probado a fondo va de maravilla, enfría bien, el mando de pared es bonito y moderno y el modulo wifi de la marca es un plus para tenerlo todo conectado a Google home.

La compra y el envío han sido correctos, nada que objetar. La máquina dió error al arrancar por primera vez y aunque después empezó a funcionar y parece que no ha vuelto a dar problemas nos dijo el técnico que estuviéramos pendientes. Esperemos que todo quede ahí.
