Hemos comprado un aire acondicionado Haier de 3000 frigorias green + 35, con wifi incluido: AS35TADHRA-TH+1U35MEEFRA.
Nos han mandado un Haier: AS35TAEHRA-THC+1U35MEEFRA, al cual hay que añadir un enrutador de wifi.
No es el que viene en la web de climaprecio y he comprado.

Hola, Mercedes. Gracias por su comentario. Lo primero de todo es indicarle que le hemos enviado el modelo con wifi. La referencia que ha recibido del split, la unidad interior, puede ver que es la misma referencia que aparece en el catálogo 2021 del fabricante. Le acabamos de enviar un email explicándole todo los detalles, la referencia AS35TAEHRA-THC es la "última". La entrecomillamos porque es simplemente una actualización de fabricante en las cajas para la trazabilidad, fíjese que todas comienzan por "AS35TA" y después van cambiando a cada nueva tanda de compras o cada revisión de catálogo para especificar a nivel interno de Haier año de fabricación etc. Le hemos mandado el nuevo split que según indica el catálogo: Incluye filtros 3M y antibacterias" Así que le pedimos disculpas por haberle enviado el último modelo. Como le comentaba, tenemos en el almacén conviviendo 4 referencias AS35TADHRA-TH, AS35TAEHRA-THC y en unidades exteriores 1U35MEEFRA y en breve 1U35YEFFRA-C. Nuestro mayor compromiso es siempre el de ser claros, honestos y transparentes con el cliente y entendemos que pueda existir confusión con las referencias de fabricante. No sabemos quién le ha indicado que el equipo no lleva wifi, pero si fuera así no dude por un momento que subsanaríamos nuestro error. Agradecemos su comprensión y le invitamos a que llame directamente a la marca Haier para que también puedan darle las oportunas explicaciones. De verdad que lamentamos la confusión y esperamos recibir cualquier comentario suyo. Estamos encantados de poder ayudarla siempre que necesite. ¡¡Gracias!!

De momento estoy contento es una máquina de fácil instalación y espero que de bajo consumo. Los aires acondicionados enfrían la zona hacia donde lo diriges si no lo enfocas a toda la sala solo enfría la zona dónde está situado. Contento de la elecciòn, buen nivel de silencioso.
