Me ha parecido bastante bien,sobre todo la atención telefónica que recibí al preguntar por el echo d que en mi cuenta d cliente no se estaba reflejando correctamente el pago por transferencia bancaria.El producto llegó en buen estado y en 3 días hábiles.

Tengo la máquina instalada desde hace unos días y lo que más me gusta, aparte de que enfría como debe, es que es muy silenciosa, ni se escucha en la velocidad mínima de ventilador y en la máxima velocidad no molesta para nada.

¡Muchísimas gracias por la reseña! La verdad es que yo no tuve dudas Rosa: compraste un calentador a gas natural atmosférico de sustitución de uno igual y la marca quebró y nadie quería hacerse responsable de la garantía... ni el proveedor. Cuando me pasaron tu problema lo tuve claro: Enviarte en urgencia 24 horas un calentador estanco de gas natural con total garantía de servicio técnico. Garantía que empieza hoy, como si lo hubieras comprado nuevo a coste 0. Muchas gracias por haber confiado en nosotros durante el Estado de Alarma y gracias por la paciencia de ese día "perdido", el lunes 7 de septiembre. Hoy ya lo tienes y estamos aquí para lo que necesites. ¡Un saludo de Javier!
