El envío fue perfecto y tardo menos de lo esperado siendo un producto tan voluminoso.
Sobre la atención al cliente me veo en la obligación de ponerle 1 estrella porque he tenido que llamar 2 veces para gestionar una garantía, me dijeron en ambas ocasiones que se pondrían en contacto conmigo y llevo 1 semana esperando y por lo que tengo entendido solo es para facilitarme 1 teléfono y 1 hoja de petición de reparación en garantía. Me sorprende mucho la dejadez.
