Estimado cliente, es cierto que el transporte fue pésimo. Completamente de acuerdo, pero no debería de haber aceptado nunca el equipo con las cajas en el lamentable estado que estaban. No obstante, gracias a tu incidencia, pusimos una queja enorme al transporte. Y le agradecemos la paciencia enorme que tuvo con nosotros. Todo se demoró una semana con los cambios y recogidas y le agradecemos enormemente que tuviera tanta paciencia. Le pedimos disculpas y tomamos nota para seguir mejorando. Gracias

Llevo un par de semanas utilizando este modelo y estoy muy contento con él. Además, al tener soporte por WiFi y estar soportado por Alexa, puedo controlarlo fácilmente. Apenas hace ruido y enfría rápidamente.

Además, dispone de varias funciones interesantes como programar hora de encendido y apagado, utilizar el control remoto como toma de temperatura o modo silencioso.

Al principio estaba un poco preocupado por el hecho de tener que comprar online un producto como éste, pero finalmente me decidí a hacerlo y estoy muy contento.

Normalmente, el envío suele tardar bastante, pero en este caso, tal y como prometen, en 2 días tenía el producto en mi casa (desde Valencia a Sevilla).

La compra y el pago a través de la web es muy sencillo y siempre estás informado del estado del pedido a través de correos electrónicos.

Respecto al servicio de Atención al Cliente, sólo le doy 3 estrellas porque no he hecho uso de él, lo cual quiere decir que el producto ha cumplido con las expectativas en cuanto a calidad.
