Totalmente recomendable, su atención es exquisita y muy pendientes de los problemas del cliente . Compre un Midea 26 en el 2017 y me ha surgido un pequeño problema y su repuesta y atención ha sido digno de alabar , resuelto en tiempo récord pero nada importante. Os recomiendo esta empresa

Trato personal, inmejorable. No permiten la devolucion del articulo, a pesar de no haberlo utilizado y estar en su envoltorio original, y a pesar de haber pasado solo 24 horas de su recepcion.

Gracias por su valoración. La sonda se la trajimos expresamente para usted y se lo comentamos por teléfono. Los recambios no tienen devolución. Lo intentamos devolver al proveedor, pero una vez desembalado el precinto de seguridad no se puede devolver. Pero se lo comentamos en todas las ocasiones que tuvimos el placer de hablar. Hasta nos comentó la posibilidad de pasar por Alicante y recogerla. Los recambios se trata de productos que no comercializamos normalmente y que usted estaba avisado de que el fallo de su equipo podría deberse a otro elemento

Hola. Nos pediste la sonda con la referencia exacta. Nos dijiste que el técnico que había ido a su casa le había dicho que era la sonda. Nosotros hemos traído expresamente para tí la sonda. La sonda salió testeada del proveedor. Si no le funciona la sonda, es muy probable que se trate de otra pieza diferente. Pero usted nos reiteró y nos dijo la referencia de sonda que necesitaba.
