Muchísimas gracias por valorar la atención recibida, estamos muy agradecidos con la puntuación recibida. Su envío vemos que salió el 16 de julio y se entregó el 19 de julio. Es cierto que primeramente le enviamos un nº de seguimiento por error, pero al día siguiente lo enviamos corregido y le indicamos las instrucciones y se entregó en el plazo previsto. De todas maneras, no trabajamos más con la agencia que le entregó su paquete.

El pedido llegó muy rápido y todo el proceso de información y envió tanto de factura como resto de documentación ha sido satisfactorio.
