Tanto la unidad interior como la exterior vinieron golpeadas, nos percatamos una vez que vino el instalador del aire acondicionado habiendo pasado el tiempo para reclamaciones.
Demasiada coincidencia que dos unidades independientes vengan dañadas en origen, confiemos en que los daños no afecten a la funcionalidad del equipo.
Atención al cliente contactó rápidamente ante la queja formulada, pero por desgracia ya no era posible reclamar a la agencia de transportes.

Hola, gracias por su reseña. Nos comunicó esta incidencia varios días después de la entrega, cuando el equipo ya estaba completamente instalado. No recibimos ninguna indicación de daños en el embalaje ni se reflejó nada en el albarán, lo cual impide cualquier tipo de reclamación al transporte.

La foto que nos envió muestra claramente la unidad exterior ya montada, y nos sorprende que se haya recortado con zoom, omitiendo que el producto estaba completamente manipulado en el momento de la imagen.

Nada más ver su correo, le llamamos personalmente. En esa conversación, usted mismo nos agradeció la atención y reconoció que no tenía sentido iniciar ninguna reclamación dado el tiempo transcurrido.

Lamentamos que su experiencia no haya sido la esperada, pero también consideramos injusto recibir una valoración de una estrella por una situación que se comunicó fuera de plazo y con el producto ya instalado.
