Para ponerlo en marcha , es necesario que lo haga un fontanero experimentado en el tema , pues tienen muchas funciones que se tienen que regular a las necesidades de cada piso segun su uso , asi como las revisiones periodicas .Fundamental .

Realicé el pedido el día 13 de enero, hoy a 20 de enero aún no he recibido nada ni una mínima llamada explicando el retraso... supuestamente indica en el momento de la compra entrega en 48/72 horas.... último pedido por mi parte.

Hola. Antes de nada, agradecemos su opinión. Esta nos ayudará a mejorar para próximos pedidos. Usted no nos ha llamado en toda la semana, con lo que hemos dado por supuesto de que su pedido había sido o bien entregado o bien iba todo sobre la marcha. De haber llamado, por ejemplo, el miércoles, habríamos solucionado esto de la mejor manera posible. Tenga en cuenta que el pedido lo realizó el domingo 13, y el pedido no salió hasta el lunes 14 por la tarde. Por lo que el día 15 por la tarde fueron 24 horas de envío. Cierto es, que se demoró. Estamos viendo la expedición y todo indica que el transportista no ha podido ponerse en contacto con usted desde el día 18. Se observa que está retenido en el almacén de su ciudad desde el día 18. Lamentamos que haya tenido que experimentar este hecho, pero vamos a enviarle un correo dándole el nº de expedición para que vea que el pedido salió a fecha. El problema en este caso ha sido el transportista. De nuevo, lamentamos lo que ha ocurrido, pero nosotros estamos atentos al teléfono prácticamente todo el día y no tenemos constancia de ninguna llamada suya a lo largo de la semana.
