Si mira el catálogo del fabricante del 2018, no tiene flexa 2.0. Quejarse de que no vendamos lo que usted no quiere, es un poco extraño. Además, no aparece FLEXA 2.0 en ningún catálogo reciente de Airzone. Además, pone en el producto, cuando lo compra, que es FLEXA 3.0. Lo que no entendemos es el comentario, puesto que antes de enviarlo, le llamamos por si acaso para confirmar compatibilidad. ¡Fuimos nosotros los que nos preocupamos por mirarlo! Y lo más gracioso, es que ni se lo enviamos y le reembolsamos el dinero. Por lo que está comentando un producto que nunca le llegó.

Hola, el pedido salió el lunes. Lo tramitamos el mismo día que lo pidió, pero TECNA envía cuando puede. Hemos tenido un puente de por medio. Estamos trabajando y tenemos una tienda física donde atendemos a nuestros clientes.

La cortina está enviada por parte de TECNA y debería llegarle entre hoy y mañana.
