Precio calidad no he encontrado nada mejor en el mercado poco ruido poco consumo enfría de maravilla lo único que sería malo es el peso el compresor pesa 12 kilos más que los de otra marca conocidas pero sin 500€ más baratos y funcionan igual o mejor que los de marca conocida los recomiendo 109x100

Decepción por la unidad exterior del modelo GIATSU Aroma 2 Gia-S09AR,pues es muy ruidosa y por la noche cuesta conciliar el sueño.,en cuanto al Split,no tengo nada negativo que decir.

Estamos completamente seguros de que es problema de la instalación y no del producto. El instalador suyo es quién ha hecho una mala instalación y no habrá colocado silentblocks o éstos serán de mala calidad. Ningún cliente se ha quejado y llevamos más de 200 unidades vendidas. Un saludo

Hola. Gracias por dejarnos su opinión. Antes de nada decirle que en ningún momento nos hemos desentendido del tema. Nosotros le tramitamos el pedido y tan pronto tuvimos el nº de expedición se lo pasamos a usted. Le dimos toda la información detallada para que usted se pusiera en contacto con el transporte para coordinar la entrega. Nosotros lamentablemente no podemos controlar a las agencias de transporte. Es más, llamamos por usted y nos quejamos activamente para solucionarle una incidencia de envío con la empresa de transportes. No entendemos su malestar, pero queremos informarle que no vamos a volver a trabajar en esa zona con ese transportista. De verdad, le pedimos disculpas por las molestias, pero nosotros no nos hemos desentendido con usted en ningún momento. Sepa usted que le abrimos las puertas de nuestra tienda para lo que desee. Gracias.
