Muy profesionales y atentos,....aunque el distribuidor que usaban "un desastre"!!!

Compré un aire acondicionado LG multisplit a buen precio comparando con Madrid. El equipo debía llegar un día y tardó 2 semanas más de lo esperado por culpa de que el distribuidor había puesto mal los datos en el sistema primero, luego me envió otro equipo y luego directamente envió el eqiupo nuevamente a Alicante! (el distribuidor un desastre!)
Por otro lado, el vendedor "ClimaPrecio" siempre muy atento, muy profesional y con buena voluntad (ellos estaban no podían creer lo mal que hacia su trabajo el distribuidor)

Al final, ClimaPrecio me envió mi equipo que tenían en stock directamente desde el comercio con una empresa transportista sería y lo tuve al día siguiente sin ningún problema!

Por lo tanto, ClimaPrecio es recomendable, siempre atienden el teléfono y siempre dispuestos a arreglar cualquier situación (me comentaron que van a cambiar de distribuidor en Madrid)

En cuanto al equipo solo lleva funcionado una semana, pero desde el primer momento notas que es un producto de gran calidad por el nivel sonoro, caudal de aire, y las diferentes configuraciones que puedes aplicar, en concreto una que se denomina ahorro de energía que permite configurar el funcionamiento del compresor al 50, 60, 80, etc...., de su capacidad lo cual hace que se reduzca el consumo y que por otra parte la máquina no tenga que trabajar en todo momento al máximo. A día de hoy muy contento.

He de decir que el trato con Antonio fue de lo más cordial, atento, profesional además de demostrar interés y darme asesoramiento a pesar que yo tenía claro que máquina quería comprar. Hizo todo lo posible para que recibiese la máquina lo antes posible y así fue. Sinceramente diría que es un buen profesional. Desde mi experiencia lo recomendaría sin dudarlo.
