No lo dudes y no pierdas más tiempo. No sólo son unos estupendos profesionales en el asesoramiento tanto en máquinas como en instalación. Es un lujo. Te dan el tiempo y la atención que dificilmente encontrarás en otros lados, además sus precios son estupendos. Pero lo que destaco más allá de lo profesional es el trato y la forma en lo personal. Javier padre e hijo son personas que merece la pena conocer. Para mi que estaba perdidísimo, con mil dudas y con un presupuesto muy limitado... Esta siendo un lujo haberlos encontrado y que sean ellos y sus maneras las que se encarguen de el aire acondicionado de mi casa. GRACIAS!!

Muy mala experiencia. Les escribí por WhatsApp, pero nunca respondieron. Los llamé y me dijeron que el compañero no había podido contestar, pero que lo haría más adelante. Finalmente, me respondieron diciéndome que escribiera un correo electrónico. Les envié el correo, y enseguida recibí un mensaje automático informando que, si volvía a escribir, perdería mi posición en la fila y que me responderían por orden. Han pasado más de dos meses y aún no he recibido respuesta. Un verdadero desastre. No recomiendo este sitio; si así empiezan, mal vamos.

Hola Alberto, muchas gracias por la reseña. Lamento mucho la experiencia pero hemos tenido una serie de inconvenientes con el sistema de colas que han quedado resueltas con el nuevo sistema. Y te he de ser honesto, porque precisamente fíjate las horas y aquí estoy, los correos de más de cierto tiempo que hemos recuperado los hemos dado por perdidos, me daba vergüenza contestar tan tarde. Dicen que es de sabios el rectificar y me gustaría poder ayudarte desde mi correo [email protected] si es que aún quieres y deseas que te podamos ayudar. El tema de la reseña nos hace polvo. Somos humanos y somos una empresa humilde y familiar. Una estrella me parecería más justa si te hubiéramos dado un mal trato, aquí es que por un problema del sistema de correo no hemos podido siquiera atenderte. Muchas consultas requieren por escrito y ha sido el problema, no ha habido tampoco comunicación de los compañeros para encontrar el correo y demás. En fin, espero de verdad que podamos hacerte entender que somos humanos y también la cagamos.
Revisando ahora mismo, solo he encontrado un único correo que efectivamente se cerró por el sistema de colas que no funcionaba bien. Asimismo el tema del WhatsApp, todo va integrado en una única plataforma. De ahí el mismo problema
