Gracias por dejar su opinión. La pieza de 2-3 cm que le falta, donde hubiera comprado el aparato le habrían dado la misma respuesta ya que solo existe un proveedor de Midea. Podría no haber instalado el producto y seguramente el proveedor le habría cambiado el aparato.

Al split le falta una pieza. Llevo 2 semanas para solucionarlo y no me dan una respuesta. Servicio de atencion al cliente lento y malo.

Hola. Gracias por haber dejado su opinión con nosotros. Antes de nada, nosotros hemos solicitado que esa pieza que le falta se la traigan. La pieza la van a traer desde la fábrica del otro lado del mundo. La pieza que le falta es una pestaña de cierre del Split. Frigicoll ya la ha pedido y está en camino. Una pieza de 2-3 cm que es la primera vez que vemos que una máquina sellada de fabrica le ocurre, pero somos conscientes de que siempre hay una primera vez. Es una pieza que es tan difícil que no venga con el aparato embalado y testado de fábrica que solamente se consigue pidiéndolo a la fábrica principal. Así pues, el aparato le funciona y usted recibirá esa pieza de 2-3 cm.
