Muy contento, la maquina que pedí ya esta instalada en funcionamiento y cobrada y con unas prestaciones muy optimas, las pruebas me dieron temperaturas de salida en boca de 4.9ºC en frio y 49.9ºC en calor, no se puede pedir mas, teniendo en cuenta que la distancia entre maquinas era de 8.5 mt a nivel, estando la unidad exterior encajonada y conducida.

Atención al cliente correcta y cordial. Envío rápido y sin incidencias.

Como único punto que potenciar, les animaría a ofrecer un mayor asesoramiento técnico para la elección de los equipos, cuando es decisivo en dicha elección el cálculo de las potencias de refrigeración o calefacción, en función de los espacios a climatizar.

Tal vez, facilitar un pequeño estudio algo pormenorizado, especialmente cuando se trata de proyectos para pequeños locales comerciales que requieren un reparto adecuado de equipos.

Entiendo que ello conlleva algo de tiempo (si bien se puede automatizar con un software adecuado), pero también es verdad que el cliente tendría menor incertidumbre a la hora de realizar su pedido y un mayor grado de satisfacción final.

Téngase en cuenta que cuando el cliente decide adquirir estos aparatos online, seguramente no le resultará fácil disponer de la ayuda de un técnico, pues el instalador siempre tendrá tendencia a vender/montar sus propios equipos.

Esa es la carencia que creo que ustedes deberían cubrir mejor, pero no como una opinión crítica, sino como una oportunidad de mercado. El "déjate asesorar" o "nosotros te ayudamos" también vende ...

El envio fatal, trajeron la maquina exterior volcada y la dejaron asi en el garage de mi vivienda dursnte 2 dias, hasta que vinieron los montadores, los cuales se dieron cuenta de la posicion de la maquina y dijeron que eso podia estropearla por el aceite que lleva en su interior
