A pesar de no conocer la tienda, super serios desde que hice el pedido, y aún siendo de mallorca y ellos de la península y crear el pedido en fin de semana, recibí el pedido en 3 días, para mí 5 * , todo perfecto. Serios y puntuales.
Sin duda cualquier cosa que me haga falta, volvere a repetir, me guardo la tienda.

Estimado cliente tal y como hemos hablado esta mañana la agencia marcó como entregado todos los pedidos del viernes en su localidad. Esto ha sido un fallo de la agencia y durante el día de hoy se le entregará como bien le hemos informado por teléfono. Estaríamos muy agradecidos si modificar a la reseña ya que estamos dentro del plazo de entrega

Envio no Realizado. Hablado con Jose´de atención al cliente: es una pena que rechacen tarjetas internacionales visa debito porque es emitida en Argentina. Amazon.es y muchos otros la captan sin pestañar. que otros paises rechazan ?.. Saludos

Estimado cliente, gracias por dejarnos una opinión. El banco bloqueó su tarjeta por motivos meramente de seguridad. No se aceptan compras desde países que no vendemos ni enviamos. Nuestro ámbito de operación es España y la unión Europea. Se le ofreció la posibilidad de una vez estuviera en España que nos hiciera el pedido, para ver si el banco liberaba la operación "sospechosa". Ese es el motivo por el cual, su afirmación de "envío no realizado" es correcta, puesto que si no se paga el pedido, no podemos enviar. Lamentamos mucho las molestias ocasionadas, pero aquí no depende de nosotros, si no de las políticas de seguridad del banco.
