Compré un aire acondicionado portátil, pero en realidad, estos equipos no están diseñados para funcionar de manera tan efectiva como las unidades de split por varias razones. Por ejemplo, el compresor está ubicado dentro de la habitación, lo que causa un ruido considerable. Además, si no sellas correctamente el tubo que expulsa el aire caliente hacia afuera a través de la ventana, ese calor se suma al ambiente interior, dificultando aún más su capacidad de enfriamiento. También provoca un flujo de aire inverso, ya que absorbe aire de la habitación y, al estar cerrada, permite que entre aire caliente desde el exterior de la habitación, lo que afecta el cierre de puertas y ventanas.

En mi caso particular, lamentablemente me tocó un equipo defectuoso que no lograba enfriar mi habitación de 14 m². Por esta razón, tuve que devolverlo. Afortunadamente, la atención y el servicio postventa de la tienda fueron excelentes, a pesar de que tuve que pagar el costo de envío de vuelta a la tienda, como se describe en su política de devolución.

El trato mediante comunicaciones telefónicas ha sido excelente. Únicamente recriminar la falta de información sobre el lugar donde entregar el producto ( En la puerta de la vivienda, en la calle) cuyo transporte era gratis.
La tienda ha de entender que un cliente normal, no tiene medios para subir dos bultos de cincuenta y tantos kilos a un piso. Quizá debieran advertir que mediante un pago adicional la empresa lo sube al domicilio.
El encontrarse con estos dos bultos en la calle ha constituido un verdadero problema.
