Me han atendido perfectamente,el aire acondicionado ha llegado al tiempo en 72 horas sin problemas satisfacción 100%.
En el producto un poco decepcionado ,no se cierra bien la tapa del split que está en casa,es un poco ruidoso ,no funciona bien el régimen swing,no puedo subir ni bajar la tapa del split por la altura querida en momento de funcionamiento,cuando se apago como he mencionado no ce cierra la tapa completo,mando recibido distinto que está en anuncio es más antiguo.

Mi valoración es un 6 de diez.

Así como lo que nos indicas del mando, efectivamente en la foto aparece el mando antiguo. Ahora se envía un mando más moderno (estamos esperando fotos en alta resolución para subirlas a la web). Estimado cliente, muchas gracias por haber dejado la valoración. Las opiniones nos ayudan a mejorar. En relación a la opinión, poco que objetar. El artículo que adquirió el 24 de noviembre estaba previsto ser entregado, efectivamente, en el plazo que usted mismo indica ya que el producto, por la naturaleza del mismo, debe entregarse siempre en la máxima brevedad posible. Sin ánimo de excusarnos, le indicamos nuevamente el cúmulo de motivos que llevaron a esta desagradable situación: El proveedor tenía prevista una reposición grande de esta referencia de AKO la misma semana de su pedido. Sorpresa nuestra cuando no llega y reclamamos y nos indica que está agotado en toda España. Comprobamos con varios proveedores y efectivamente: no hay stock del AKO-14615. A los pocos días nos llama por teléfono para consultar por su pedido le indicamos que debe llegar en breve. Nos indica que se esperará hasta recibir stock y le pedimos disculpas por la situación. Hasta el día 13 no llegó al almacén del proveedor, pero no nos lo iban a entregar hasta el día 14. Fue entonces cuando nos desplazamos al almacén a recogerlo para poder enviarle el producto con la máxima urgencia posible. Lamentamos la situación y nuevamente, le pedimos disculpas. Como ayer hablamos por teléfono para contestarle su duda técnica, aquí nos tiene para lo que necesite. Nuestra máxima es la satisfacción del cliente dando el trato familiar y cercano que usted espera. Felices fiestas y Feliz Navidad. Gracias por habernos elegido.
