El aislamiento no es como se describe y se muestra en la imagen. Lo compré y pagué más precisamente porque anunciaba casi un cm y no es así. Misma calidad que comprado en grandes almacenes y 20€ más caro.

Lo pedimos online porque es la única manera de hacerlo. No me gustó el servicio de transporte porque especifiqué que hicieran la entrega por la tarde y no lo hicieron...además te dejan el paquete en el ascensor...como un favor. Al abrirlo tenía un golpe en un lado. Escribí a Climaprecio y enseguida contestaron que ese golpe no afectaba a su funcionamiento y que la garantía seguría cubriendo todo, así que lo hemos instalado y de momento va todo bien. Resumen: mala puntuación para los transportistas y buena para la tienda.

Lamento comunicarte que te hemos mandado el wifi correspondiente para tu equipo el cual viene etiquetado por HTW ya que es el que el grupo gia (propietario de las marcas GIATSU y HTW) nos ha enviado a nosotros. Te invitamos a llamar por teléfono a grupo gia o a giatsu y decirles que te hemos enviado el wifi con código EAN 8435483801844. Esa misma referencia es la que te aparece en la ficha técnica del aparato. Nosotros no tenemos la culpa que en los wifis, en la partida que nos han enviado, nos envíen el wifi con una pegatina la cual pone HTW en vez de giatsu. Sale del mismo sitio. A continuación te enviaremos un email con toda la información. Te invitamos a reflexionar sobre la opinión.
