Estimada clienta, gracias por reseñarnos. Lamentamos la experiencia que has tenido, pero no estamos de acuerdo con tu valoración. Justo antes de formalizar la compra y en las condiciones generales y en las preguntas frecuentes aparece que las entregas son a pie de calle. Clientes en su situación tenemos todos los días, pero al leerse las condiciones de envío buscan ayuda o coordinan la entrega de otra forma. Los transportistas no estan obligados a subir la mercancía a la vivienda, imagínese todo el día subiendo aires acondicionados... Dicho esto, gracias por la valoración. De verdad. Nos sabe fatal que la experiencia se resuma en esto 😔
