La atención por parte del agente de Climaprecio ha sido excelente, como hay pocas. Se ocupó a última hora de enviar el aparato para que estuviera al día siguiente, preocupándose y preguntando si todo estaba bien, lástima que al coger la gestión DHL, fue desastrosa. Un 10 al chico de Climaprecio, un 0 a DHL.

Mi opinión y experiencia no es buena ya que compre un aire de 6000frigorias por conducto de la marca Daitsu y al abrir la caja me llego bollada en distintas zonas. Hasta el momento la maquina funciona bien, pero no se la transcendencia en el futuro que tendrá

Sobre el producto: funciona genial, si le tengo que poner un pero es que no se puede controlar el flujo de aire. Espero que en alguna actualización software, lo realicen. Ademas, producto Español, que no anula el termostato fijo.
Sobre la empresa: Soporte instantáneo y asesoramiento de 10.

Muchas gracias por tu reseña y por el tiempo dedicado. Intuimos que el motivo de la reseña corresponde porque hubo 3 intentos de entrega por parte de Correos Express y nos devolvió el paquete. Contactamos contigo e indicaste que no recibiste ningún email y que no sabías nada del envío. Te demostramos que en tu cuenta de cliente estaba la información, en tu email y también por parte de la agencia de transporte. Dijiste que no tenías nada, pero te enseñamos que los correos los abriste porque aparecía la fecha y hora en los registros. Te indicamos que tenías que pagar el porte de ida de nuevo y no estabas de acuerdo, pero lo abonaste finalmente. Miramos por y para el cliente y la información la damos hasta por triplicado para que no haya falta de información. De todas formas, gracias por la valoración
