No puedo poner más estrellas. Para mí se las merecen todas. Tienen un equipo humano fabuloso que se preocupa por el cliente en todo momento. En mi caso, desde el asesoramiento hasta la atención personificada han sido de matrícula. He estado informada desde que salió el aparato del almacén hasta llegar a mi casa. En todo momento asesorandome y preocupándose por el pedido, e informándome de que si no llegaba bien, lo declarara en albarán y no lo aceptara. En mi caso, todo perfecto. Si tuviera que poner alguna pega, la pondría en el servicio de instalación. Me gustaría que ClimaPrecio contara con servicio de instalación propio. Me fío plenamente de esta tienda y se que da el 100% de su trabajo y su tiempo para que el cliente quede satisfecho. En mi caso, me lo instalaron y esa noche no pude dormir porque me lo configuraron mal y me dijeron que NO tocara el mando. El instalador no hizo caso a mi llamada, había comprado un aparato muy silencioso y me lo dejaron con el máximo de decibelios. Llamé desesperada a CmimaPrecio y su dueño, Javier, como su equipo, me solucionaron el problema. El instalador aún no se ha puesto en contacto conmigo. Ojalá dispongan de instaladores propios que garanticen al cliente tanto el producto como la tranquilidad de la configuración de la máquina. Para mí esto último.no ha sido fácil. Son máquinas muy completas que si no se sabe configurar bien, se apagan y a veces no está tan claro el libro de instrucciones. Tal vez las indicaciones deberían ser más fáciles y sencillas. Recomiendo 100% CLIMAPRECIO como profesionales y equipo humano. Les doy la máxima puntuación y porque no hay más estrellas. Atención e información del producto necesario para mi hogar. En mi caso Panasonic, con el mejor asesoramiento. WhatsApp y teléfonos disponibles con atención personalizada y resolución de dudas . Trato cercano y de confianza. Envío de facturas e información sobre la Ley vigente al respecto. Trato serio y cercano. Volvería a comprar. La encontre por casualidad y al leer las reseñas de google, decidi probar. No se equivocaban. Muy profesionales y atentos. Precios muy buenos. Además muy rápidos a la hora de traerme el aire acondicionado. Y por si fuera poco nos recomendarón un instalador de 10.
