El producto llegó dañado. Tanto la unidad interior como la exterior venían perfectamente envaladas. No se apreciaba exteriormente ningún golpe, por lo que se deduce que me lo enviaron ya golpeado. Al desenvalar el instalador la unidad exterior tenía dos golpes en la carcasa y el ventilador venía descentrado y tubo que desarmarlo y repararlo. Ya era demasiado tarde para devolverlo con los instaladores en casa. No creo que vuelva a comprar nada a esta empresa. Adjunto fotografía de uno de los golpes.

Estimado cliente, muchas gracias por la opinión. Las opiniones nos ayudan a seguir mejorando y ofrecer un mejor servicio. En relación a la opinión escrita le indicamos que consideramos que no es correcto dar a entender que nosotros te hemos enviado el equipo golpeado. Es algo que carece totalmente de sentido e iría en contra nuestra. Por otro lado: podríamos "deducir" que si los embalajes están en perfectas condiciones, su instalador le dió un golpe sin querer y le hizo esa pequeña micro abolladura. No obstante, nosotros no vamos a deducir ni hacer acusaciones de ningún tipo. Lo que sí que vamos a disculparnos por las molestias que hayamos podido causarle nosotros indirectamente y recordarle que estamos muy agradecidos por la confianza depositada en el momento de la compra. Y ojalá confíe nuevamente en nosotros. Gracias
