Estimado cliente, muchas gracias por la reseña que nos ha dejado de su pedido VJAAIQHNO. Estas reseñas nos ayudan cada día a mejorar.
El pedido lo realizó el 19 y el plazo estimado era del 21 al 27. Ese plazo fue el que usted aceptó en el momento del envío. El pedido se envió el 22 y el 29 llegó a su población. Efectivamente hubo un retraso en su pedido. Pero el retraso es provocado porque su población es de muy baja densidad poblacional y no se reparte todos los días allí. Lamentamos las molestias y sobre todo, le agradecemos que haya centrado única y exclusivamente la nota en el envío, obviando la atención e información y seguimiento de envío. Fueron muy simpáticos pero creo que el asesoramiento no fue el correcto. Compré un aparato con conectividad wifi pensando que tendría modo noche al ser un modelo actual pero no ha sido asi. No puedo dormir con el aire encendido… Creo que es una información importante que no se me dio a la hora de la compra. Por desgracia después de lo que cuesta la instalación ya no se puede cambiar de aparato y tendré que aguantarme con este.

La verdad es que estoy muy descontenta con el aparato porque a pesar de tener conectividad wifi NO TIENE MODO NOCHE. Esto supone que a pesar de poner el flujo al mínimo es imposible dormir con el aire encendido.
