Lamentamos su disconformidad con nuestra política de devoluciones, aunque recordamos que si que se puede devolver si el producto está nuevo y sin abrir. Sin embargo, el producto no puede devolverse si ha sido abierto debido a que se trata de un producto sanitario, y así se indica en el apartado de "Garantía y Política de devoluciones" de nuestra web, y en la misma caja del producto.

Se recomendaria que las fundas ya vengan incluidas en el precio de una almohada, no tiene sentido ofrecerlo como un producto por separado cuando no existen fundas para dicha forma de almohada. Se entiende el punto de vista de investment return, pero estamos hablando de un producto medico.

Buenos días Elena,

No comprendemos su comentario. Cuando recibió el producto hace dos meses no recibimos ninguna queja por su parte y tampoco ha respondido nuestros mensajes para conocer más detalles sobre cuál fue el problema. En cualquier caso, "estafa" no sería en absoluto la definición de nuestra actividad (que empezó hace más de 10 años) y así lo demuestran nuestros estándares de seguridad y calidad.

El Producto bien, el problema fue con el envio, no llego en la fecha estimada, fue dejado para recoger en un punto de recogida sin aviso. No me llego email avisandome, no me dejaron nada en el buzon para decirme, segun ellos no estuve cuando vinieron pero nunca vinieron. Tuve que ingresar a la pagina de la empresa que transporto el producto y asi me entere de que la habian dejado en punto de recogida 5 dias despues, al ir a recogerlo me encontre con que el punto de recogida no estaba en la direccion que me daba la pagina y tuve que buscar por mi propia cuenta la forma de dar con el punto. Luego de que recojo el producto me llega un email avisandome de que mi paquete estaba para recoger. asi que esa es mi experiencia.
