Buenos días. No nos ha gustado cómo hemos recibido el último pedido.
Vienen las hojas enteras, sueltas, no vienen en bolsas de kilo. Muchas de las hojas parece que están mal secas, ya que presentan muchos pigmentos, como si la hoja estuviera con hongos.

El envio de 24/48 horas ni de coña,pedì el dia 4 de noviembre y me vino el paquete el dia 18,evidentemente rechazè el paquete puesto que pedi tabaco en otro sitio.Atencion al cliente pesimo,no te atienden.la calidad del tabaco no se como era puesto que rechazè el envio,espero que no sea tan pesimo como la atencion al cliente y los envios.un saludo.
