Se pagan 8 euros por envío 24/48 horas y tardan casi una semana. Llevo una semana enviando email y whataspp diarios por un problema con mi pedido y no contesta nadie. Servicio postventa inexistente. Vergonzoso

Me han enviado strip en vez de hoja, pq dicen que no la tienen hasta agosto, aunque sigue disponible para la compra. Llevo una semana enviando mails y WhatsApp diarios y nadie me contesta. Terrible servicio postventa y siguen sin solucionarme el problema

El ultimo pedido no ha llegado, la atención al cliente es nula ya q no responden a la mayor parte de los email, y si responden lo hacen con varios dias de retraso con, mensajes muy cortos y sin solucionar nada. El envio es rápido, pero porque no facilitan el numero de envio del paquete o numero de seguimiento? deberían comunicarlo en la factura o en el email de confirmación de envio sería lo correcto ya sin ese numero no podemos localizar el envio . Deberian facilitar una lista de puntos de recogida de las empresas de transporte con las que trabajan para las personas que trabajan y no están presentes en la direccion facilitada para recojer el paquete. esto me gustaria que fuese una critica constructiva. gracias un saludo

soy una clienta de hace mucho tiempo pero este ultimo pedido ha sido nefasto, pedi hoja de tabaco y me ha llegado toda toda rota , en la caja de 5 kilos no hay ninguna hoja entera, esta vez muy mal y tardó mucho, ya no es por la tardanza sino por el tabaco, me sabe mal pero no se si volvere a pedir.

Pues muy mal, me llego strips, que nunca pido, yo pido hojas, ademas de ser strips es medium, yo pedi hojas lemon. Tarde y mal. Incluso lo comente en su whatsapp y nadie me ha respondido.
Asi que bastante disgustada.

Hola. el envío correcto y el producto excesivamente húmedo. Tanto que de cada kilo, al secarlo se ha quedado en 850 gramos y ademas empezaba a enmohecerse, CUIDADO!!!. No volveré a comprar. Saludos

vinha com muita humidade e com muitos bocados com bolor e muita agua.
De 5kg me restaram uns 3 kg.
