Probé este tipo de alubia hace mucho tiempo, y me encantó su textura y sabor. Hacía mucho que no la comía, porque donde vivo ahora no la venden de forma habitual en los comercios. Ver que la tenían en su web fue toda un descubrimiento. Ya no me quedaré sin ella nunca más.
