No me parece normal q cobren gastos de envío, con pedidos de 800€ (como es mi caso). Y menos aún, q cobren más gastos, cuanto más importe de compra, alegando q es más peso!
Tampoco me parece aceptable, q les parezca normal q las bolsas de gel frío vengan rotas, con todo el gel empapando los paquetes de productos frescos, y q al llegar derretidas, los productos lleguen a temperatura ambiente.
Y q aleguen q es q fue problemática la entrega un viernes x la tarde. Cuando yo les había dado las posibilidad, su era negué, de q vinieran lunes o martes próximo. Lo único q exigía era q la entrega fuera x las tardes!
Aunque me llamaron x tfno., los razonamientos fueron estos y no me convencieron en absoluto!

Hemos revisado su caso y creemos que se ha equivocado de tienda online, hemos revisado los registros y su pedido fue de un baúl de navidad, nosotros ofrecemos gastos de envío gratis de forma automática a partir de 400€. :)
Esperamos que todo fuera correctamente.

La atención al cliente, telefónicamente, y vía email es estupenda. La calidad del producto es lo esperado. Sin embargo, los plazos de entrega no son los adecuados.

Vamos a intentar mejorar los plazos de entrega, pero hay que tener en cuenta que los pedidos llevan 1 día de preparación y si el pago es por transferencia, un día extra para poder verificar el pago. :)
