Lo compré porque en un comentario indicaba que era apto para impresoras Epson Ecotank y no es apto, por favor no fiarse de los comentarios, he avisado a Digital papel para que lo borrasen para que no confundiera a ninguna persona más como me pasó a mi pero me dicen que no pueden borrarlo

Hola Montse, en nuestra web se indica que el papel que compraste no es apto para impresoras de inyección de tinta. Es cierto que un cliente ha comentado que le ha funcionado perfectamente en su impresora inkjet. Nosotros no podemos ni cambiar ni eliminar las opiniones de nuestros clientes porque esto lo lleva una empresa ajena a la nuestra, como es obvio. Por lo visto a este cliente le ha funcionado el papel exactamente con la misma impresora que tu tienes y por eso lo ha recomendado. Te indicamos que puedes devolver el papel y nosotros te reintegraríamos el importe. Sinceramente no sabemos qué más podemos hacer. De todas formas te pedimos disculpas por el mal entendido.
