El envío fué fantástico. A los pocos minutos de hacerlo el pedido estaba marcado como enviado. Llego todo muy bien empaquetado, sin desperfectos. Fantásticos profesionales. Me encanto el servicio.

En relación a atención al cliente dejé una nota en el envío para ver si podían incluir algún tipo de muestra de papel y cartulina dentro de su catálogo de muestras gratuítas y aprovechar así el envío para recibirlas. Adivino que se les pasó. No recibí las muestras y tampoco ningún tipo de comunicación.

Fantástico. El pedido me llegó AL DÍA SIGUIENTE (vivo en un pluebecito de Granada). El producto, tal cual yo lo pedí. Me llamó la atención el mimo con el que envuelven el paquete, MUY bien protegido. Además, adjuntan factura en la caja. No conocía esta empresa, pero ha resultado ser de total confianza. Muy contenta con su profesionalidad y su servicio.
