El producto muy bueno, el precio es un poco alto, pero lo peor es el reparto del evio, tuvimos que ir a recogerlo. No llamaron al telefono y no oimos la puerta cuando toco el timbre..... si es que realmente vinieron.
El almacen esta a unos 60km.

Hola Eulalia, lamentamos la incidencia, tenemos constancia de que la empresa de transportes vino en 2 ocasiones a su domicilio, en la 1ª al ser un pedido contrareembolso usted no tenia el efectivo preparado, y en la segunda, quizás como usted dice no oyeron la puerta. Personalmente hablamos con usted por telefono, ya que la empresa de transportes después de 2 intentos de entrega, nos avisa y al hablar con usted, quedamos en que se lo dejaban en la agencia, de todas maneras intentaremos hablar con ellos para que esta situación no se repita
