Estoy muy satisfecha con las 2 botellas que he comprado, una de vidrio de borosilicato de RETAP y otra de tritán de MONBENTO en tamaño pequeño para poder llevar todo el día en el bolso. Son ecológicas, cómodas y bonitas

El envio fue rapido a los 2 dias ya tenia las botellas equa de tritan aunque si me ha disgustado que no cierran tan bien como otras ya que si lo metes en el bolso pierde unas gotas no me parece buenas para meter llenas en el bolso o la bolsa. Y que tuve que lavarlas dos veces para quitar un olor raro que tenian, decir que por los demas me gusta.

Sentimos si acaso la primera imagen del producto le ha generado alguna confusión. Bien es cierto que, aunque en las demás imágenes del producto sí se aprecia mejor su color real, parece que la primera de ellas puede generar algo de duda, a la vista de sus comentarios. Estoy muy contenta el envío muy rápido pero lo que he visto desorbitado es el precio del envío ya que para lo que es me parece una barbaridad un pco más y me cuesta más el envío que la botella, por favor miradlo porque no creo q sea la única que lo comente, gracias!

Las botellas llegaron con un fuerte olor a tabaco que no he conseguido quitar. Deberían prohibir fumar en el almacén, el plástico coge todos los olores.

Nos sorprenden sus palabras¡¡ Las botellas Squeasy como las que adquirió son productos aromatizados en fábrica, con un ligero olor a vainilla, para hacer más atractivo el producto. Quizás ese aroma sea el que percibe como si fuera otro olor. De todos modos no dude que revisaremos internamente algunos aspectos. Muchas gracias Sara por estos comentarios y valoraciones.

Las botellas han quedado muy bien, si bien es cierto que durante unos días no conseguimos contactar con la empresa y eso nos puso un poco nerviosos, pero todo llegó en la fecha solicitada y además corrigieron una errata que había en el pedido.

Todo perfecto, lo único que veo que tenéis que mejorar es el tema de transporte y pago, no lo digo por servicio ( que es muy bueno) sino por el precio que tiene, 4.5€ de transporte y 0.5€ de PayPal, son 5€ mas que hay que pagar y bajo mi punto de vista es demasiado. Y este es mi aporte para que mejoréis. Un saludo y que vaya bien.

Estamos estudiando distintas opciones para poder amortiguar en cierta medida el importe en concepto de portes si bien, en ningún caso queremos que esto afecte al servicio que venimos prestando mediante NACEX, servicio cuyo nivel de satisfacción de nuestros clientes es bastante elevado. Aprovechamos su comentario para exponer públicamente que este coste de 4,50€ en concepto de portes en ningún caso supone para nosotros un beneficio añadido. Le agradecemos enormemente que haya hechos estos comentarios y gracias de nuevo por sus valoraciones.
